Hope there's something, anything. Yesterday my chest was bothering me, and I had some difficulty paddling. I think it's an old injury that's flaring up, a bruised bone. I took some ibuprofen and hopefully that'll help. Of course, to relieve the pain is to treat the symptom only and not the cause.
