Yucky
It's rainy and cold outside with thunder and lightning. Terrible weather. Gonna take a break today. Just can't do it.
Someone who sees me going surfing every day told me yesterday that I'm a "diehard" as he watched me load my board into the car. He was standing in his doorway protected from the rain, gave me the thumbs-up, and said, "I like that." I don't know if he was being sincere. I thought perhaps really he wanted to bust out laughing.

SE Corner
They're running the event at Sandy's. Decided to be a no-show for the Open because I was feeling lazy, and it looked gloomy outside, and I figured the waves probably suck anyway. Got a first-hand report later around 9:00 that there's something out there, about 3-feet. The Senior isn't scheduled until 1:45, so I'll take my time and mosey on over at my leisure. Afterward, might surf elsewhere in Town--depends how I feel. But we all know how that will probably end.
