Post-session

A-framer alone. Morning. Very clean and smooth. Rights/lefts. Fun. Struggling again. Darn hip arthritis.

Later in the afternoon, for work we had a meeting and then a group activity to promote fitness: Stand up paddle surfing. First time for me. It wasn't easy. Upper quads are sore. Caught a few waves but was hampered by the 12-foot-plus board I was given. Turns? Huh, what?
